im so scared 4 lontar peluru!!!!!

im really scared n nervous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!so.....i jogging everyday....n angkat berat..(dumbell n kettlebell)...n imy back very sakit......evry nite, i suruh my mum urut me.....n it was really relaxing.....
